Overview
Experienced Business Analyst with 6+ years of expertise in gathering and translating stakeholder needs into clear requirements. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define solutions, improve processes, and support testing. Strong affinity for data analytics, contributing to data models and reporting, with Agile and HR process knowledge as assets.
Job Responsibilities
- Gathering, challenging, and consolidating the pain points and needs of a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders and gaining extensive expertise on the subject at hand.
- Working in close collaboration with the relevant experts to support and challenge them with defining the product concept, detailed processes, and/or conceptual and functional architecture.
- Defining the acceptance criteria of Opuses and Features for which you are in the lead.
- Working in close collaboration with the (Cluster/Squad) Product Owner and development team during the refinement of Features to ensure they consistently have all necessary information.
- Providing support during business and user testing and assisting with the organization of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) where applicable.
- Continuously challenging and improving existing processes to increase customer experience, efficiency, and compliance with policies and regulations.
- Making and maintaining sufficient (simple, understandable, easy consulting, etc.) documentation needed for uniform execution, incident solving, and support.
Must Have Skills
- At least 6 years of relevant experience.
- Affinity with data analytics.
- Aptitude for data analytics, enabling contribution to the design of data models and the enhancement of reporting activities.
- Knowledge of SAP HR is a plus.
- Agile experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of HR processes (payroll, benefits) is a plus.
