Overview
Business Analyst with 5+ years in functional projects management in banking activities, skilled in project management, business analysis, banking, cash management products.
Job Responsibilities
-
Launch of a new service in the field of corporate treasury, consisting of a packaged offering designed to assist large clients with their M&A projects, such as spin-offs or carve-outs
- Organize the New Activity Committees (NAC) in the relevant entities of the Group, including all the associated documentation (several adaptations of the existing version)
- Review all Contractual documents: with end-Client, external service suppliers, intra-group agreements (SLA)
- Adapt and finalize Operational procedures, then have them uploaded in the Group repository
- Coordinate all stakeholders, being mainly all the functions at Group and entity level (Legal, Tax, Compliance, IT & security, Risk, Sales, etc.)
- Assist in key projects focused on 'a better way to service,' where we analyze data to identify opportunities for greater efficiency
Must Have Skills

Master's degree and/or at least 5 years of relevant experience
- At least 5 years of Functional Projects Management in bank activities
- Proven skills as a Project Manager and Business Analyst
- Experience to function in project driven environments
- Ability to evolve in a transversal context with stakeholders from varied horizons
- Knowledge of banking and Cash Management products
- Excellent written and verbal skills in both French and English

contracts, procedures,…)
