Business Analyst
with 10+ years of experience.

This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think
outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done"
spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills.
Responsibilities
- Understanding the business requirement and creating documentation/use cases.
- Responsible for performing Data Quality (DQ) checks and generate error/warning reports for any inconsistency instances.
- Analyze the data mapping rules to validate them against project requirements.
- Help design, document, and maintain system processes.
- Assist the development and testing team to perform their tasks.
- Stakeholder management.
- E2E focus not just development but also maintenance after go-live.
Must Have
- At least 10 years of experience.
- Expertise in Business Analyst processes and data migration.
- Good Agile experience.
- Customer-facing experience is a must.
- Good written and spoken knowledge of English.
Nice to have

Insurance domain
experience and Agile concept.

Real team player with experience working in a large, corporate organization but also able to work independently.
- Excellent project and
time management skills.
- Strong analytical
skills and can derive and summarize points of importance from your analyses.
