Overview
Experienced Business Analyst with at least 6 years of expertise in the banking industry to identify business needs, analyze market trends, and propose improvements to products and services. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT, define business requirements and acceptance criteria, and shape the target operating model and business-IT interfaces. A strong understanding of banking transactions and the Belgian banking landscape, including key players, trends, and regulations, is essential.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify business needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Propose improvements to products and services.
- Develop business requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Serve as the interface between stakeholders and project management.
- Bridge business needs with IT solutions.
- Define the business scope, target operating model, and interfaces between Business and IT.
Must Have Skills

At least 6 years of relevant experience
- Master’s degree in Business Management or equivalent experience.
- Expert in banking transactions.

Knowledge of the technical aspects of banking transactions is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the banking industry, particularly in Belgium (key players, trends, and regulations).
- Ability to understand and communicate complex business topics and their connection to IT.
- Proven experience in business analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with senior management.
- Able to work independently and take initiative.

Proficient in English (written and spoken), with strong spoken skills in French and good spoken skills in Dutch.
