Overview
Application Solutions Architect with at 10+ years of experience, the role focuses on architecting and supporting modern, cloud-based solutions built on Microsoft 365 and Azure, while guiding the transition from legacy on-premise applications to scalable cloud platforms.
Job Responsibilities
- Work in the IT Service Center Communication Collaboration within the internal IT organization of Customer Group.
- Deliver BUILD and RUN IT services for the Domain Communication Collaboration.
- Offer all employees of Customer Group effective ways to communicate and collaborate with each other.
- Support the transition from on-premise Java applications to M365 in the cloud (Digital Workplace for Communication and Collaboration).
- Be part of the New Digital Workplace product team.
- Work closely with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, Business Architect, and Scrum team to realize the Product Roadmap.
- Work on Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online, coupled with custom application development using .NET and React, hosted in Azure.
- Deliver the product in an agile way using the Scrum methodology.
- Work mainly on the Digital Workplace product, with other roadmap projects also assigned.
Must Have Skills
- At least 10 years of experience.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft technologies in general (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange).
- Knowledge and experience with the Azure development stack (e.g., App Service, Web Apps, Logic Apps, Functions, Cosmos DB, SQL, Blob Storage, Microsoft Graph).
- Knowledge of security standards and their application within the Microsoft ecosystem (Entra ID, Conditional Access, Intune, Purview).
- Knowledge of agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Azure DevOps).
- Integration architecture experience in application architecture to support custom builds and integrations with other systems.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts.
