We’re an independent digital consultancy with big ambitions. With offices in Belgium, India and the UK, we support a wide range of businesses. We build digital teams and deliver digital solutions. We are hiring an Agile Coach.
Job Responsibilities

Drive
the adoption of agile methodologies

Facilitate
team efficiency by removing impediments

Preserve
flexibility and the ability to rapidly respond to changes
- Collaborate with other Agile coaches and Scrum Masters within your area
Must Have Skills
- At least 5 years of experience with Kanban, Jira, Scrum and System Coaching
- Experience
in the role of an Agile Coach and with senior leadership collaboration
- Extensive knowledge of Scrum and other agile methodologies
- Ability to determine and implement modern engineering practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice to have

Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills
