Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and versatile Senior Techno-Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing complex multi-channel marketing workflows, including Email, SMS, Telemarketing, and Direct Mail. This role requires a strong blend of technical proficiency and business acumen to translate marketing strategies into scalable, automated campaign solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex workflows in Adobe Campaign Classic for multi-channel campaigns (Email, SMS, Telemarketing, Direct Mail).
- Collaborate with marketing and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain custom schemas, forms, and templates to support campaign execution.
- Create and manage targeting workflows, audience segmentation, and delivery logic.
- Integrate Adobe Campaign with external systems (e.g., CRMs, data warehouses, APIs) for data ingestion and activation.
- Perform technical troubleshooting, performance tuning, and workflow optimization.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CASL) in campaign execution.
- Provide functional guidance to marketing teams and technical mentorship to junior developers.
- Document solutions, workflows, and best practices for ongoing knowledge sharing.
Must Have Skills
- At least 6 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign Classic (v7 or v8).
- Proven expertise in workflow development, campaign orchestration, and delivery configuration.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, and XML within the Adobe Campaign environment.
- Experience with multi-channel campaign execution (Email, SMS, Telemarketing, Direct Mail).
- Familiarity with Adobe Campaign data model, schema design, and technical workflows.
- Ability to work with SOAP/REST APIs for system integrations.

Experience designing campaigns for newcomers, cross-selling and upselling products, and win-back strategies for former customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Adobe Campaign Business Practitioner or Developer Certification.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud integrations (e.g., AEP, AJO).
- Knowledge of marketing automation best practices and customer journey design.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
