Overview
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant
with 5+ years of experience and a strong technical background. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, specifically in the Customer and Field Service Modules. This role requires a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 customization, the Power Platform, workflows, integrations, and security.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align on objectives, scope, and ensure technical feasibility.
- Configure, customize, integrate, and test Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to meet business needs.
- Develop workflows, integrations, and reports to demonstrate system capabilities.
- Provide technical guidance and recommendations on best practices.
- Identify potential challenges and propose solutions.
- Document findings and implementation.
- Ensure the accuracy of the deliverables through quality assurance practices.
- Handle month-end closing activities.

Must Have Skills
- At least 5 years of experience.
- Extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer & Field Service Modules) with a strong technical background.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 customisation, Power Platform, workflows, integrations, and security.
- Ability to evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of solutions.
