Overview
Experienced Solution Architect with 6+ years of experience to lead architecture initiatives for a Consumer Centricity Platform. The role involves guiding product teams, driving the migration from Azure to a Kubernetes-based cloud-native platform, and ensuring alignment with enterprise standards. Candidates should have strong Azure, cloud-native, integration, and API management expertise, with excellent stakeholder communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Steer the architecture activities for the Consumer Centricity Platform.
- Provide architectural guidance to Product Management.
- Work in tandem with product teams to propose the best solutions in line with the company's architectural principles.
- Lead and support the transition from Microsoft Azure to the company's Digital Platform, a home-grown Kubernetes-based cloud-native platform.
- Ensure solutions are aligned with enterprise architecture, technology, and security standards.
- Contribute to defining scalable, future-proof solutions that support business growth.
Must Have Skills
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a Solution Architect role.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure PaaS.
- Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures and Kubernetes.
- Proven experience with API management platforms (Kong is a strong asset).
- Proven experience migrating an application to a new platform involving a technology change.
- Deep knowledge of integration architectures and Enterprise Integration Patterns.
- Knowledge of the following technologies is an asset: MongoDB, Kafka, Harbor, RabbitMQ.
- Experience with IT architecture frameworks and standards (e.g., TOGAF, ArchiMate, ATAM).
- Familiarity with architecture modeling tools (e.g., Sparx Enterprise Architect is a plus).
- Good understanding of: Domain-Driven Design (DDD), microservices architectures, and event-driven systems.
- Agile mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
- Excellent ability to facilitate discussions, communicate ideas clearly, and get architectural decisions validated.
- Good level of Dutch and/or French and English is required.
Nice to have
- Experience in Identity & Access Management is a plus.
- Autonomous and results-driven.
- Strong team player, open to feedback and collaboration.
