Overview
Experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with 8+ years in IT, skilled in Oracle Site Data Hub (SDH). Responsible for cloud migration support, risk control, incident response, and ensuring production availability with strong SLO management. Proficient in monitoring systems, performance optimisation, and fostering continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide support in the migration to the cloud solution.
- Proactively share common objectives of production availability, including SLO (Service Level Objective) and performance, with the development teams of the tribes within its scope and the team of which he/she is a member.
- Control risks in the production environment and anticipate impacts on the SLO of the service(s) and other active services related to its scope operations.
- Ensure that the service is restored to the client as quickly as possible in the event of an incident affecting the functionalities or availability of its scope service.
- Set up and/or maintain a monitoring and alerting system for its scope, including scoreboards to measure the health of the service(s).
- Develop a culture of quality, stability, and continuous improvement by having an end-to-end view of all operations affecting its scope (incidents, releases, changes, obsolescence, decommissions, etc.).
- Create a network with other SREs, TIM (Tribe Incident Manager), LIM (Local Incident Manager), and actively participate in the SRE Guild.
Must Have Skills
- At least 8 years of professional experience.
- Skilled in Oracle Site Data Hub (SDH).

Strong understanding of Service Level Objectives and performance monitoring.
- Clear and proactive communication with cross-functional teams.
- Strong ability to address complex operational challenges.

Commitment to quality, stability, and ongoing optimisation of services.
- Fluent in French.
