Overview
SAP MDG Consultant with 10+ years of expertise in MDG configurations, replication, workflow customization, and ERP tables. Acted as Client Data Lead for SAP S/4HANA projects, managing full lifecycle implementations, data migration/cutover plans, stakeholder alignment, and SI collaboration for key master data objects.
Job Responsibilities
- Acted as the Client Data Lead for the Master Data Migration and Master Data Governance project team.
- Collaborated with System Integrator (SI) partner teams to deliver key master data deliverables related to data migration, management, and governance.
- Developed Data Migration and Cutover Plans from the client’s perspective, in coordination with the SI Data Lead.
- Maintained a regular cadence with business stakeholders to understand priorities and align them with SI activities.
- Served as a liaison between Business teams and the System Integrator Delivery team, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
- Full life cycle implementation cycle with blueprinting, fit gap analysis, configurations, data migrations, cutovers and go live experience.
- SAP Master data migration cutover and data migration planning, data validation.
- Work with the other 3rd party system integrator, leads, technical teams and client end users to complete the SAP migration for Plant, Material and Customer Objects.
- Drive the Data Migration Team from the client’s perspective, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Work independently with minimal direction or supervision, taking ownership of the project and acting as the key client representative.
Must Have Skills
- At least 10 years of experience.
- Should have expertise in SAP MDG configurations, replication configurations and have technical knowledge of MDG workflows and ERP tables.
- Should have technical knowledge and hands on experience on customization for MDG workflows, Floor Plan Manager.
