Overview
We are looking for an experienced React Developer with 8+ years of software development experience to join a high-performing Agile team responsible for developing digital banking solutions for enterprise customers.You will primarily focus on building modern, scalable React applications while also contributing to backend development using Java and Spring Framework whenever required. Working within a DevOps culture, you will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Designers, QA Engineers, and fellow Developers to deliver high-quality, customer-centric solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Translate functional and technical requirements into clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable React applications.
- Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces for enterprise digital platforms.
- Contribute to backend development using Java and Spring Framework where required.
- Develop reusable UI components and frontend libraries.
- Integrate applications with REST APIs and external services.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
- Apply software engineering best practices including Clean Code, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
- Write unit tests using Jest and React Testing Library.
- Participate in Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.
- Identify application bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
- Perform code reviews and support continuous code quality improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in DevOps activities including deployment, monitoring, and production support.
- Share technical knowledge and mentor other developers.

Must Have Skills
- Minimum 8 years of professional software development experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of Software Craftsmanship principles.
- Excellent knowledge of Clean Code practices and code refactoring techniques.
- Strong understanding of SOLID principles and software design patterns.
- Practical experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Willingness to work using Pair Programming practices.
- Expert knowledge of Core JavaScript (ES6+).
- Proven experience with React.js.
- Strong experience with Git (Version Control System).
- Hands-on experience with Jest and React Testing Library.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs.
- Experience working in Agile Scrum teams.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
