Overview
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with strong product management and leadership experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of owning products or product segments end-to-end, defining customer-focused product strategies, managing product portfolios, and making priority decisions based on business value, customer impact, and feasibility. The role requires strong analytical and data-driven capabilities, fluency in agile product operating models, and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams across Product, Engineering, Design, and Data. Experience in energy, utilities, regulated infrastructure, or related environments is highly valuable.
Job Responsibilities
- Own a product line or product segment end-to-end, ideally within an energy, utility, or regulated infrastructure context.
- Define and communicate a compelling product vision and translate it into an insight-driven, customer-focused strategy.
- Manage a portfolio of products and make prioritisation decisions based on business value, customer impact, and feasibility.
- Set and monitor OKRs and product KPIs, using data and evidence to guide product decisions.
- Work within agile product operating models and collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Data teams.
- Manage stakeholders across complex environments, including key account managers, operations teams, and executive leadership.
- Coach and develop people around you to build product and organisational maturity.
- Build trust, resolve conflicts, and align teams through influence rather than authority.
- Apply knowledge of energy market structures, grid operations, or flexibility services to product development.
- Contribute to market design for regulated product environments.
Must Have Skills
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record at a senior or lead level.
- Strong experience owning a product line or segment end-to-end.
- Experience managing a portfolio of products.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach, with experience setting OKRs and tracking product KPIs.
- Fluency in agile product operating models.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams across Product, Engineering, Design, and Data.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Strong coaching mindset and ability to build maturity in the people around you.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to resolve conflicts, build trust, and align teams through influence.
- Good level of Dutch and/or French and English is required.
Nice to have
- Experience in an energy, utility, or regulated infrastructure context.
- Knowledge of energy market structures, grid operations, or flexibility services.
- Experience with market design for regulated product environments.
