Overview
The client is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain modern applications within the RISK+, CUMADA, and DATA-DVA domains. The role requires strong expertise in TypeScript/Angular for the frontend and Java/Spring Boot for the backend, along with solid experience in containerization, CI/CD tooling, and API development. This is a full-time position starting as soon as possible, with a hybrid setup of two days per week onsite in Brussels-North.
Job Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of modern applications within the RISK+, CUMADA, and DATA-DVA domains.
- Develop frontend components using TypeScript, Angular (ideally version 21), and HTML.
- Develop backend services using Java (ideally version 21), Spring Boot, Maven, and SQL.
- Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) testing.
- Use GitLab for version control and collaboration.
- Work with Kubernetes, Helm and/or Kustomize, and Docker for deployment and orchestration.
- Define and consume APIs using OpenAPI specifications.
- Use Postman or Bruno for API testing and validation.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues of varying levels of experience in an Agile environment.
- Produce clear and structured documentation for solutions and processes.
Must Have Skills
- Frontend: TypeScript, Angular (ideally v21), HTML
- Backend: Java (ideally v21), Spring Boot, Maven, SQL
- Testing: Unit, Integration, and End-to-End (E2E) testing
- Version Control & Collaboration: GitLab
- Platform & Tooling: Kubernetes, Helm and/or Kustomize, Docker, OpenAPI, Postman or Bruno
- Languages: French or Dutch, combined with a good command of English (mandatory)
- Personal Attributes: Strong analytical and logical mindset; ability to analyze complex problems and propose pragmatic solutions; experience working in an Agile environment
Nice to have
- Elasticsearch

- Knowledge of Python
- Experience with AI tools
