Job Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize infrastructure operations to ensure seamless performance and reliability.
- Oversee incident management processes utilizing ServiceNow ITSM to track and resolve issues efficiently.
- Implement machine learning and AI Ops solutions to enhance efficiency and predict disruptions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and minimize downtime.
- Utilize PagerDuty for effective incident response and communication across teams.
- Analyse incident trends and provide insights to improve infrastructure stability and performance.
- Develop and maintain documentation for incident management processes and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in the Consumer Lending domain to align infrastructure operations with business goals.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues before they impact operations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all infrastructure operations.
- Participate in rotational shifts to provide 24/7 support and maintain operational continuity.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance infrastructure operations and service delivery.
Must Have Skills
- At least 10 years of professional experience.
- Expertise in Incident Management.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow ITSM.
- Experience with Machine Learning and AI Ops solutions.
- Skilled in PagerDuty for incident response and communication.
- Strong ability to manage and optimize infrastructure operations within the Consumer Lending domain.
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid model with rotational shifts.
- Commitment to ensuring seamless infrastructure performance and enhancing operational efficiency.
