Overview
IAM Lead with 10+ years in IT architecture and deep expertise in Azure Entra, CI/CD, config-as-code, Conditional Access, PIM, federation, and SRE metrics. Responsible for driving end-to-end IAM solutions, optimizing connector performance, supporting IGA processes, and ensuring secure, reliable identity management across the enterprise.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end IAM initiatives using Azure Entra capabilities.
- Implement configuration-as-code practices with strong CI/CD rigor.
- Define and manage rollback strategies for IAM deployments.
- Monitor and optimize connector SRE metrics to ensure IAM reliability.
- Configure and manage Conditional Access, PIM, and federation patterns.
- Support IAM IGA (Identity Governance and Administration) processes and workflows.
Must Have Skills
- At least 10 years of experience in IT architecture.
- At least 5 years of experience focused on IAM-related domains.
- Strong expertise in Azure Entra, including Conditional Access, PIM, federation, and connector management.
- Hands-on experience with config-as-code and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of IAM IGA concepts and willingness to support or expand skills in IGA.
- Ability to design and implement rollback strategies for IAM deployments.
- Understanding of SRE metrics related to IAM connectors.
- Competency in Cyber Security within IAM Professional Services.
- Fluent in English.
