Senior
Digital Business Analyst with 5+ years of relevant experience to gather and analyse business requirements, manage stakeholder engagement, support digital solution delivery, translate needs into IT specifications, and drive alignment with strategy. Expertise in BPMN, data analysis, agile methods, and digital transformation projects is required.
Job Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of needs and pain points.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment on project progress, timelines, and objectives.
- Identify effective and achievable solutions and provide support during the delivery of digital solutions.
- Support the testing phase by clarifying requirements, creating change management materials, and leading incident closure with Functional Analysts and developers.
- Collaborate with Channel Management, Marketing/Product Management, and Process teams to align digital solutions with overall strategy.
- Lead specific studies within the scope, including preparation of documentation for Management Teams, Initiative Boards, and Product Boards, as well as mock-ups, concept designs, and MVP definition.
- Translate business requirements into detailed specifications for IT, following a user-centric, collaborative, and agile approach.
Must Have Skills

Master’s
degree.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Requirements gathering and analysis, including documentation, OKR definition, Customer Journey Mapping, and User Story slicing.
- BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) knowledge.
- Data analysis using Excel, Business Objects, or other market-leading tools.
- Stakeholder engagement, including stakeholder mapping, active listening, and strong written and presentation communication skills.
- Project management skills, including agile methodologies.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking, including cost/benefit analysis, root cause analysis, SWOT analysis, etc.
- Experience working on digital transformation projects in a consulting or client-facing environment.
- Proficiency with collaborative tools, such as digital whiteboards and SharePoint.
- Understanding of delivery frameworks and methodologies (Prince2, PMP, Agile – Scrum).
- Ability to run productive meetings, work collaboratively, and facilitate workshops.
- Experience managing digital projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing projects to ensure they meet business objectives and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

Fluency in English is required, with excellent proficiency in either Dutch or French and working knowledge of the other language.
Nice to have
- Certifications related to Business Analysis, workshop facilitation, innovation, design thinking, etc., are a plus.
- Experience with Concept Design, UX testing, and innovation is a plus.
- Proficiency in using data insights to make informed business decisions and optimise digital channels.
