Overview
Senior Data Analyst with 3+ years of experience in marketing performance analysis, supporting data-driven decision-making. Develops dashboards and KPIs using Tableau/Power BI, leveraging SQL, SAS, and Excel to analyse campaign effectiveness, customer behavior, and conversion funnels. Provides actionable insights, optimises strategies, and supports users through documentation and training.
Job Responsibilities
- Facilitate decision-making by analysing campaign performance and providing actionable insights to optimise marketing strategies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness, customer behavior, and market trends.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance customer experience, campaign conversion rates, and revenue growth.
- Document, support, and train users on the use of various available tools to analyse the performance of marketing and communications activities.
Must Have Skills
- At least 3 years of experience in measuring the performance of marketing and communication initiatives.
- Good knowledge of marketing performance KPIs, the marketing funnel, and the conversion funnel.
- Knowledge of at least one data visualization tool: Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Semrush, and Sprinklr.
- Mastery of SQL, SAS, and Excel.
- Good knowledge of French or Dutch, with passive knowledge of the other national language.
