Overview
Business Analyst with 6+ years of experience and cybersecurity expertise. Skilled in Agile methodology and Jira backlog management, partnering with Product Owners, PMs, and cross-functional teams. Supports requirement intake, RTM creation, vendor coordination, process improvement, and training to ensure secure system adoption and compliance across global projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Establishes partnerships with the Product Owners (acts as an advisor to deliver and mature the product model).
- Helps ensure quality service of the PMs supporting MedTech and AD Capabilities, maintaining consistency in standards and tools.
- Helps create and manage project plans, tracking status, risks, issues, contingencies, change requests, and scope, and engages in the escalation process.
- Supports stakeholder partnerships, including assisting with tracking and reporting to provide visibility to the team and leadership.
- Assists with cost management with Finance teams to help ensure the project remains on budget.
- Coordinates across teams with members in North America, Latin America, EMEA, and ASPAC.
- Liaises with internal Project teams as well as Technology Services.
Must Have Skills
- At least 6 years of experience.
- Experienced in cybersecurity principles and practices applied to system adoption and compliance.
- Assist with vendor management, including external suppliers for systems build, test, and deployment.
- Review and intake requirements into the Jira backlog for planning and execution.
- Assist with deep dives to understand how the system and timeline dependencies of one group’s deliverables or timelines impact others.
- Assist with requirements gathering, analyzing, and documenting current and future state business processes.
- Assist with creating and maintaining a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to track the relationship between requirements and other project artifacts.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations.
- Create materials to support training and adoption of new systems or processes.
- Skilled in Agile methodology and Jira backlog management.
