Overview
Business Analyst with 6+ years of experience in cards environments, combining strong business expertise and IT understanding. Skilled in analysing requirements, improving products and processes, and working in Agile teams. Knowledge of cards industry, payment methods, and systems. Strong stakeholder communication skills in English, French, and Dutch.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor the market, competition, customer needs, and company’s products and services performance (revenues, market share, NPS, etc.).
- Analyse issues and propose cards product and services improvements.
- Analyse and evaluate change requests.
- Identify solutions together with colleagues in the squad and evaluate different options.
- Develop business requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Act as an interface with stakeholders.
- Bridge business needs with IT.
- Define the business scope, target operating model, and interfaces (business and IT).

Follow up implementation of changes, including Business Acceptance Testing (BAT).
Must Have Skills
- At least 6 years of relevant experience.
- Master’s degree in Business Management or equivalent experience.
- Experience as a Business Analyst in a cards environment.
- Knowledge of cards-related systems and architecture preferred.
- Business expertise (products, processes, etc.) in cards and related services is required.
- Knowledge of the cards industry, especially in Belgium (players, trends, etc.), is required.
- Good ability to understand and communicate complex business topics and their link with IT.
- Experience in project management and/or as Product Owner in a cards business preferred.
- Experience with Agile methodology.
- Knowledge of other payment methods such as Wero, Apple Pay, etc. preferred.
- Ability to communicate with all stakeholders and senior management.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken), with good communication skills in French and Dutch.
