Overview

Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience and proven skills in project-driven environments. Proficient in project management rules, Agile methodology, banking, Cash Management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the Product Manager in preparing the different committees and documents to validate the Go-live of a product
  • Assist the Product Manager in coordinating the internal (IT, Compliance, Legal, Procurement, Billing, Sales) and external stakeholders
  • Describe the technical and functional requirements of the new product
  • Assist the Product Manager in responding to client requests (RFI, RFP) related to the new product 
  • Assist the Product Manager in defining the product backlog (MVP1, MVP2...) and the product's roadmap
  • Ensure project performance by organizing project reviews, user trainings, and updating the knowledge database
  • Assist the marketing team in preparing the marketing materials related to the new product
  • Ensure a market watch to assess the competitiveness of the new product

Must Have Skills

  • At least 8 years of experience 
  • Proven skills as a Business Analyst with experience functioning in project-driven environments
  • Knowledge of rules and methodologies of project management
  • Proficient in Agile methodology for collaboration between IT and Business
  • Knowledge of banking and Cash Management products
  • Ability to evolve in a transversal context with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
  • Fluent proficiency in English

Nice to have

  • Scrum / Lean Six Sigma certification
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills 
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Result-oriented, structured, and organized
