Overview
Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience, strong technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills, and deep knowledge of capital markets. Partners with stakeholders to define and communicate requirements, deliver cost-effective technology solutions, support development and change, provide enterprise-wide analysis, and perform user testing to ensure quality outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
- Help business partners implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a product, project, or program, and clearly communicating them to teams.
- Provide general analytical support across the entire organisation, with an understanding of key business processes, key business drivers, and the short- and long-term direction and related technologies.
- During development, deal with issues and questions, and provide support in implementing required changes.
- Perform user testing and support quality efforts.
Must Have Skills
- At least 10 years of relevant technical and business work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- In-depth knowledge of capital markets.
- Strong technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and ceremonies, as well as classical Waterfall methodology to collaborate with different teams.
- Knowledge of different financial instrument types.
- Understanding of entities involved in clearing and settlement processes.
