Overview
TrustBuilder Developer with 8+ years of expertise in access management and identity security solutions. The ideal candidate will provide in-depth technical support for TrustBuilder products and solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and assist in implementation, configuration, and maintenance at client sites.
This role requires a strong understanding of the TrustBuilder product portfolio, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver tailored guidance in client-facing environments.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide in-depth technical support to clients on TrustBuilder products and solutions, troubleshooting issues and resolving complex problems.
- Maintain a strong understanding of TrustBuilder’s product portfolio and its features.
- Assist with the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of TrustBuilder solutions at client sites.
- Stay up to date on the latest TrustBuilder releases and best practices.
- Consult with clients to understand their access management and security requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and execute implementation plans.
Must Have Skills
- At least 8 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of TrustBuilder products and their features.
- Ability to stay current with new releases and best practices.
- Hands-on experience in providing in-depth technical support.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Outstanding client-facing abilities, delivering tailored support and guidance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Skilled in consulting with clients to understand requirements and propose effective solutions.
