Overview
Technical Architect with 3-5 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of ISO2700x standards and expertise in CISO domains, security architecture, controls, IT processes, and technology. Certified in CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify security protection objectives and metrics in alignment with the strategic CISO plan and priorities
- Actively maintain an ISMS (Information Security Management System) in accordance with international (mandatory) standards
- Actively monitor and update various CISO dashboards and other information sources and initiate appropriate corrective actions within the IT organization
- Manage the CISO mailbox within the Cyber- and Information Security Office
- Track and follow up on defined actions from internal and external IT audits within the IT organization, providing monthly feedback to IT management and Internal Audit
- Set up and maintain an information risk management framework based on ISF IRAM
- Define, document, and implement processes, policies, and standards for "information risk analysis," "information risk treatment," and "information risk monitoring"
- Manage the approval and evaluation processes for new standards and processes
- Integrate information risk management processes into existing business and IT processes
- Actively perform and follow up on information risk analyses for new projects and existing situations, providing practical and pragmatic recommendations
- Establish and maintain an information risk register
- Clearly report risks and track mitigating actions assigned to business owners
- Define requirements for cybersecurity solutions and services
- Monitor cybersecurity services provided by IT sourcing partners
- Establish, maintain, and execute CSIRT (Computer Security Incident Response Team) activities
- Develop Identity and Access Management strategies, solutions, and governance
- Draft, approve, communicate, enforce, and review PSPG (policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines) related to information security and data protection within the agreed frameworks and legal regulations
- Develop and distribute a company-wide long-term information security awareness program, collaborating closely with HR and internal communication teams to educate employees on risks and best practices
- Engage security liaisons to implement policies, enforce compliance, and resolve incidents
- Coordinate and steer one or more projects and initiatives within the Information Security department (priorities, budgets, resource and project planning)
- Align with other departments within the Cyber- and Information Security Office and work with IT PMO to integrate with existing IT project processes
- Conduct IT audits to identify deficiencies or breaches of information security and data protection policies, providing mitigation scenarios
- Keep abreast of new security threats, market trends, technologies, legal requirements, and IT developments.

Must Have Skills
- Master's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of ISO2700x standards
- Strong knowledge in one or more CISO domains (IT Risk Management, CISO Solution & Services, Information Security & Compliance, etc.)
- Expertise in security architecture, controls, IT processes, and technology
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA
- Knowledge of program management
- Ability to translate the strategic CISO plan into objectives, metrics, and actions
- Ability to perform multiple parallel projects
- Ability to develop and implement frameworks, procedures, policies, and standards
- Ability to analyze security incidents and offer effective solutions

Proficient in English, with native-level fluency in at least one local language (French or Dutch)
