Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Support and Functional Analyst (Orchestrade) to provide end-to-end application support and functional expertise. In this role, you will ensure smooth business operations by investigating and resolving production issues, managing support requests, and coordinating with users and developers to deliver timely solutions. You will participate in short delivery cycles, perform quality assurance testing, and contribute to continuous improvement through user training, documentation, and process optimisation. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and communication skills, hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Portal, SQL, and Windows administration, along with a solid understanding of Confirmations, Invoicing, and Regulatory Reporting domains.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide application support in a timely manner and stay proactive in proposing solutions to reduce support. Investigate production issues (missing or incorrect accounting entries, missing or incorrect payment forecasts, unexplained discrepancies between accounting and economic valuation, etc.).
- Deliver analysis on corrective and evolutive requests within a short delivery cycle (3-week sprint).
- Perform quality assurance and testing of items to be delivered to production.
- Manage ongoing support requests.
- Work in close collaboration with business users and developers to deliver enhancement and maintenance requests in line with requirements.
- Create and maintain partnerships with users, lead interviews with business users to study and analyse their business needs.
- Assist in quality assurance and define testing strategy and risks. Provide significant contributions to application testing and coordinate UAT.
- Create training materials and documentation for users, and train new end users on related applications.
Must Have Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Portal and its services.
- SQL query writing and reading skills are mandatory.
- Basic functional knowledge of Confirmations, Invoicing, and Regulatory Reporting domains.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
- Experience with Windows administration (user rights, certificates, etc.) and scripting (Shell).
- Proficiency in English and French.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with assertiveness.
