We’re an independent digital consultancy with big ambitions. With offices in Belgium, India and the UK, we support a wide range of businesses. We build digital teams and deliver digital solutions. We are hiring a Senior Scrum Master
with 10+ years of experience.

This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think
outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done"
spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage each project’s scope and timeline.
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
- Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders).
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.
Must Have
- At least 10 years of experience.

Knowledge of Agile reporting and follow-up tools
(e.g. Jira).

Understanding of tooling on automated unit
testing, automated functional testing and continuous integration tooling.
- Sound knowledge of software development methodology.
- Experience in the IT Security (IAM , Resiliency and or Cyber defense Domain).
- Business experience is mandatory.
- Professional experience in Financial Services.
Nice to have

Sound knowledge of project management
methodology.
- Expert knowledge of Agile methodology and techniques (e.g. Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills.
