Overview
SAP CRM Specialist with 7+ years experience in customizing SAP CRM modules, application maintenance, SAP ECC integration, and expertise in OData, Fiori, ABAP debugging.
Job Responsibilities
-
End to End responsibility for resolving assigned incidents/requests
- Diagnosing/Analyzing issues and changes, design solutions
- Preparation of functional/technical specifications using technical expertise
- Customizing in SAP CRM
- Incident handling, problem and change management, including unit, integration, and regression testing of the solution
- Preparing functional specifications for the development team and customizing the SAP CRM application
- Collaborate with Process Leads, key users, and other CRM team members to manage assigned change requests, bug fixes, and small operational enhancements
- Ensure alignment with existing solutions to achieve customer and user satisfaction, as well as engagement and adoption by the business
- Actively bring in best practices, out-of-the box thinking, insights and technology trends to help improve the SAP CRM application and level of service regarding the application
- Proactively try to improve support, training, processes and communication with regard to the SAP CRM application
- Actively participate in small or larger projects that involve changes to the SAP CRM application

Communicates effectively and frequently with stakeholders, providing valuable insights and encouraging optimal application and data usage
Must Have Skills
-
University (Master's) degree or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical skills to analyze functional requirements and translate these into functional specifications and technical implementations
- At least 7 years of experience in customizing and maintaining SAP CRM modules

At least 7 years of experience in application maintenance, preferably with also experience in
working with offshore
- Experience with the CRM web UI (CRM 7.0)
- Proficient in SAP OData and Fiori Design
- Strong Experience with the SAP CRM Sales, Service and Marketing module
- Experience and technical skills for the integration of SAP CRM with other (SAP) systems and solutions via SAP PI and SAP CPI

Experience in integration with SAP ECC
- Understanding of ABAP and the ability to debug are required
- Experience in implementing Lead to Contracting processes
- GDPR knowledge and implementation experience
- Strength in building and reinforcing good governance, risk management and strong operational practices

Ability to relate to, influence, and understand stakeholder and business perspectives

Strong communication skills with the ability to speak, read, and write fluently in Dutch and English
Nice to have

Familiarity with SAP BRFplus is an advantage
- Experience in SAP C4C and/or SAP C4C V2
- Experience with extensibility via the SAP BTP platform

Experience in ServiceNow and Jira
- Experience of working in a railway context
- Enthusiastic team player able to work independently
