Overview

Project Manager with over 4 years of relevant program management experience to lead the integration of ESG norms and regulatory requirements within the company. The ideal candidate holds a university degree or equivalent professional experience and is proficient in Microsoft Office tools, with familiarity in various IT systems. You possess a solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools, along with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects or multiple programs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support management in structuring and implementing ESG regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with Norms and Policies experts to integrate these requirements into business processes and procedures.
  • Coordinate closely with key stakeholders across Business, ESG Risk, Compliance, and Finance to ensure the consistent and effective application of ESG standards.
  • Design and implement change and training initiatives to support the rollout of Sustainable Business Programs, particularly for sales and client-facing teams.
  • Analyze challenges, evaluate options, and offer well-informed recommendations to management and stakeholders.
  • Effectively communicate changes to a diverse range of stakeholders across segments and leadership levels.
  • Embed sustainability at the core of the business by offering strategic guidance, tools, and capabilities that empower colleagues to drive positive impact.
  • Promote sustainable finance and business practices, using your passion for sustainability to contribute meaningfully to the organization.
  • Support management in implementing the 2025 ESG Norms and Policies roadmap, contributing to the strengthening of existing governance.
  • Contribute to the structuring and development of regulatory frameworks (e.g., CSRD, EBA guidelines).

Must Have Skills

  • Over 4 years of relevant experience in program management.
  • University degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Familiar with various IT systems.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex projects or multiple programs.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong organizational awareness and insight.
  • Passion for sustainable finance and business practices.
  • Ability to transfer knowledge in a clear and practical way.
  • Willingness to share knowledge and expertise.
  • Fluent proficiency in English; native or fluent proficiency in French and Dutch.
