Overview
Experienced PL/SQL Developer with at least 8 years of overall experience, including 5+ years working with Oracle PL/SQL. The role involves contributing to the development, enhancement, and continuous improvement of the company’s core leasing system within agile squads.
The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with PL/SQL best practices such as bulk collect, exception handling, and writing reusable code. You will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions that are maintainable, scalable, secure, testable, and well-documented. The role also includes application support, troubleshooting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment, particularly in developing custom CRM/ERP applications.
Job Responsibilities

Contribute to the development, enhancement, and continuous improvement of the company’s core leasing system as part of agile squads.
- Oversee or execute the design and production of high-quality software solutions following best practices, ensuring maintainability, security, documentation, scalability, and testability.
- Provide application support and troubleshooting as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Develop and maintain custom CRM/ERP applications with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.
Must Have Skills
- At least 8 years of experience.
- At least 5 years of experience as an Oracle PL/SQL developer.
- Strong hands-on experience with PL/SQL best practices (bulk collect, exception handling, reusable code).
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Ability to develop maintainable, scalable, secure, and testable solutions.
- Familiarity with custom CRM/ERP application development.
