Overview
Enterprise Architect with 10+ years of experience. Skilled in functional, technical, and application architecture, architectural urbanization, modeling, application migration, data mesh, data products, and virtualization.
Job Responsibilities

Ensure the coherence and sustainability of IT solutions and systems in alignment with the enterprise strategy, considering technological evolution, internal and external constraints (e.g., risk, cost, delay), and adhering to the company's architectural practices, rules, and principles.
- Advise on and contribute to studies, projects, and assets related to developing or evolving architectures, aligning with enterprise strategy
- Delivery of solution architecture documents for our cloud migration
- Continuous interactions with product owners, scrum masters and development squads
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and take action
- Mobilize others to support change during times of stress and uncertainty
- Assess the extent of possible impacts from problems or opportunities
- Use business criteria and values to evaluate alternative approaches
- Make timely decisions based on available options and information
- Enhance organizational performance through creative thinking on existing and newly developed methods, processes, products, and services

Use common sense to determine how innovations should be integrated for a positive return on investment
Must Have Skills
- At least 10 years of relevant experience

Extensive IT background

Knowledge of functional, technical, and application architecture, as well as architectural urbanization rules
- Experience with architectural modelling
- Strong experience in analyzing and defining application architectures
- Experience in migrating applications (e.g., from one data center to another)

Experience in functional and technical architecture

Experience with data mesh, data products, and data virtualization

Proficient in English, with active knowledge of at least one local language (French or Dutch) and passive knowledge of the other
Nice to have

Experience in Agile at Scale is advantageous
- Experience in large companies and/or financial service companies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills
- Result-oriented, structured, and organized
