Overview
Experienced Data Scientist with strong GenAI expertise and deep knowledge of Dataiku to join a transversal team focused on extracting business insights from customer interactions across various channels (calls, chats, etc.). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in analyzing conversational data, developing data-driven solutions in Dataiku, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, unstructured data, and data privacy compliance, along with strong communication skills and fluency in English and either Dutch or French.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze and process customer conversational data (chats and call transcripts) using Dataiku recipes (visual and code recipes) and LLMs from different providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (customer service, operations, and marketing) to create business insights.
- Identify and categorize customer dissatisfaction elements and provide insights to the different teams to take action.
- Use prompting techniques to detect topics and other behavioral indicators.
- Develop solutions (App, etc.) in Dataiku to allow non-technical people to be more autonomous in the creation of business insights.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical AI practices.
- Collaborate within the CoE Data Science and carry out knowledge transfer.
Must Have Skills
- At least 8 years of experience.
- Proven experience working with Dataiku for data processing, model deployment, and web app creation.
- Strong expertise in GenAI techniques, NLP, and conversational data analysis.
- Experience handling unstructured text data and applying advanced analytics techniques.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and machine learning frameworks.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile organization and with non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in Dutch or French.
- Fluency in English.
