Overview
BY WMS Functional Consultant with 10+ years of experience, MOCA expertise, JDA WMS integration, RF devices, support processes, WFM, and technical design.
Job Responsibilities
- Work as a support consultant for WMS
- Participate in the support calls
- Work on the Functional Setting and Configurations of BY WMS
- Provide functional support to BAU activities, as well as product configuration, troubleshooting, batch monitoring, etc.
- Resolve any issues encountered
Must Have Skills
- At least 10 years of experience

Experienced with Blue Yonder WMS (BY WMS), specializing in support and system enhancements
- Strong expertise in MOCA Components, MTF, DDA/Pagebuilder, Reports and labels
- Strong experience in the integration of JDA WMS with a variety of host and destination systems using JDA Integrator/Connect
- Good knowledge of Inbound, Outbound, Warehouse setup, etc.
- Knowledge of RF devices and label printing
- Knowledge of WMS architecture and key datapoints for Inbound and Outbound Integration with WMS

Strong knowledge of support processes, including SLAs and related frameworks
- Knowledge of WFM
- Demonstrated expertise in technical design

Proven ability to address and resolve critical issues effectively within tight timelines
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
