Overview
Business Analyst with excellent knowledge of Agile, BPMN, and Business-IT Alignment. Skilled in project management, stakeholder negotiation, test preparation, and requirement analysis.
Job Responsibilities
-
Organizing the meetings and workshops needed to understand and map business processes as the company wishes them to be
- Drafting the necessary documents to define the process, ensuring they can be directly used by developers to implement the business process
- Serve as a bridge to translate business language into ICT language

Ensure that the implemented solution aligns with the solution described in agreement with the Business
Must Have Skills
- Excellent knowledge of Agile and BPMN
- Skilled in Business Analysis and Business-IT Alignment

Experienced in Project Management and Agile-type projects
- Familiar with negotiating and managing multiple stakeholders
- Familiar with test preparation/coordination
- Familiar with managing and organising workshops and analysing requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good working knowledge of English
Nice to have
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills
