Overview
Experienced Business Analyst with 6+ years supporting HR systems and processes. Gathers and translates stakeholder needs into functional solutions, collaborates with agile teams, and drives process improvements. Ensures reliable tool performance, supports testing, and leverages data analytics to enhance reporting, efficiency, and compliance.
Job Responsibilities
- Gather, challenge, and consolidate pain points and needs from internal and external stakeholders
- Build strong subject-matter expertise in HR tools and processes
- Collaborate with experts to define product concepts, processes, and functional architecture
- Define acceptance criteria for features and opuses under your responsibility
- Work closely with the product owner and development team during feature refinement
- Ensure development teams have all necessary information for implementation
- Support business testing and assist in organising User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Contribute to both major changes and smaller improvements, including recurring tasks and incident management
- Continuously improve processes to enhance: customer experience, efficiency, compliance with policies and regulations
- Create and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation for: process execution, incident resolution, ongoing support
- Support and ensure proper functioning of HR tools used across the organisation
- Contribute to data model design and reporting improvements using data analytics
- Work in a multidisciplinary agile team (BA, engineers, product owner, scrum master)
Must Have Skills
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience
- Mandatory knowledge of SAP Cost Accounting
- Strong affinity with data analytics
- Knowledge of Archibus

Experience with SAP Ariba
- Understanding of HR processes (e.g., payroll, benefits)
- Experience within the facility management domain, including financial insights, is an asset
- Experience with Purchase-to-Pay processes
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Fluency in English, French, and Dutch.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SAP HR is a plus
- Experience in data analytics is considered a plus
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Capability to manage both large-scale changes and small operational tasks
