The world is connected, so people see how we affect it
This is a great opportunity for sustainable differentiation
How we affect the environment
As responsible citizens, we ought to respect our environment.
The definition of "environment" is wide. For us, it encapsulates all the incidences our operating model has on the world around us. It concerns our local actions and our global impact. This has helped us bring in focus clear CSR initiatives.
We support clean energy and waste management solutions.
Over our 5 years of operations, we have been able to reduce our electricity consumption by half. This is not enough yet, so we take further measures to improve our waste and energy situation over time.
Focus areas for CSR initiatives
Personal Support: understanding the demands and concerns of our staff. Monitoring personal growth. Encouraging equality and diversity.
Waste Management: consciousness about consumption. Recycling as much as possible. We lower our waste and work with local authorities for recycling.
Energy Consumption: lowering our energy consumption, reducing our carbon footprint. We use clean tech such as Solar and LED lighting to make our operations greener. We also encourage the use of public transports.
Targets for 2020
We ought to make a measurable difference to improve the way the world works and lives. Throughout technology, we see an exceptional opportunity to make a difference in the communities where we work — from closing employment gaps to accelerating the gender equality in the workforce. Thus as a company, we have set several goals and progress indicators that we want to achieve by the year 2020:
Zero-carbon ambition: running our operations with a carbon-neutral balance
Young talent: we aim to have at least 30% of our workforce to be under the age of 30.
Training: we aim to train aspiring professionals by having 5% of our workforce to be interns.
Women workforce: we aim to have at least 40% of our workforce to be females.
Renewables: we aim to have 40% of our energy consumption provided from renewables.
Local Clean Actions
The little things we do close to home

We support the British Red Cross. It helps vulnerable people in the UK and abroad prepare for, withstand and recover from emergencies in their own communities.
Investing In People
We champion best practice in the UK for staff management by following the Investors In People performance framework.
