As a Recruitment Specialist / Data Manager, you will scan through the IT industry to create and develop databases of contacts of specialised and trained IT consultants for our clients. Ultimately, you should have a sound understanding of the IT sector and dev-ops project lifecycle, and be able to mine data and classify relevant candidate profiles into our CRM systems. Responsibilities
Providing advice to identify, develop and implement effective knowledge management policies and practices;
Reviewing and evaluating roles and make recommendations with the objective to support the business in filtering candidates;
Analyse the content of the function and the requested profile;
Create, manage databases of profiles and uploaded data to our CRM system;
Undertake the necessary recruitment actions in accordance with the requested profile;
Telephone screenings of candidates;
The selection talks lead to discussion of psychometric tests;
Negotiate and sign the labour contracts;
Administration of recruitment: submission forms, email, phones, profile management etc;
Guiding to internal clients and stakeholders in the recruitment process.
Requirements
Fluent in English & Hindi, any other languages will be a plus;
You hold a Bachelor or Master, preferably in Psychology or Humanities;
At ease with classifying and filling data into a CRM system, preferably with experience of Odoo;
You have at least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment;
Strong knowledge of the IT sector is necessary, with an understanding of Agile and Scrum a plus;
You are customer oriented, proactive, dynamic, communicative strong and a good colleague.
