Overview
We’re an independent digital consultancy with big ambitions. With offices in Belgium, India and the UK, we support a wide range of businesses. We build digital teams and deliver digital solutions. We are hiring a Python Coach.
Job Responsibilities
- Train and mentor employees to help them develop their programming skills
- Assist employees in achieving their project goals through effective guidance and coaching
- Provide user support for technologies related to and around programming
Must Have Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field ( advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus )
- Proven experience as a Python Developer or Python Instructor/Coach
- Demonstrated ability to teach Python programming to individuals at various skill levels
- In-depth knowledge of Python and its libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Flask, Django)
- Familiarity with data analysis, machine learning, and automation with Python
- Experience with version control systems such as Git

Ability to create engaging and interactive learning
experiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice to have
- Fluency in German, and/or French or Dutch
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Patience and a positive attitude toward teaching and mentoring
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
