Job Description:
We’re an independent digital consultancy with big ambitions. With offices in Belgium, India and the UK, we support a wide range of businesses. We build digital teams and deliver digital solutions. We are hiring a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant with 4-6 years of experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage small to medium projects independently
- Participate in planning and design sessions with customers
- Work with Business groups to gather and document business needs and processes
- Develops and manages project plans that encompass the complete project life cycle (i.e. project requirements, development, quality assurance, deployment etc.)
- Advises customers on best practices for CRM processes, user interface and architecture
- Creates the functional and technical specifications documentation for the project
- Writes specifications for customizations, data migration, and system integrations
- Configure and customize the CRM system based on design specifications
- Develop test plans and scripts
- Conduct system and end-to-end testing of the application
- Determine detailed approach and timeline of projects
- Works with the cross-functional areas to secure resources and ensure resources are used effectively
- Defines roles and expectations of team members
- Measures and monitors progress to ensure that a project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets or exceeds expectations
- Resolves issues affecting project scope, quality, effort, risk, and timeline
- Guides the project along through daily communications with the customer
- Participates in weekly status meetings (may be more) and sends status updates to the Project Manager
- Assists in conducting design review sessions with the customer to demonstrate completed work and gather adjustments and changes
- Trains super users
Job Summary:
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience
- Experience creating strong business cases supported by compelling value propositions
- Experience gathering business requirements (to be model, as is model, etc.) and experience configuring Microsoft CRM modules including Sales and Call Center
- Marketing a plus
- Experience assisting with definition and functional design of conversions and interfaces, and functional experience in leading technical team through Microsoft CRM API usage, integration development
- Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Business Intelligence tools, etc.
- Knowledge and experience with Adxstudio and Dynamics 365 Portals is preferred
- The ideal candidate will have familiarity in two or more of the following areas: .NET Frameworks, C#, ASP.NET, SQL, XML Technologies and Web Services
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Products such as Win2003K Advanced Server, SQL Server 2008/2012/2016, SharePoint Portal Server 2013/2016, CMS, Office Systems, ASP, COM, VB, TCP/IP and general networking and Active Directory is required
- 1+ year consistent use of Scribe Insight and supporting adapters is preferred
- Net programming experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM 2015/2016) is preferred
- Knowledge of personally using Connector for Microsoft Dynamics to Integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM with Microsoft Dynamics GP preferred
- Knowledge of personally using Connector for Microsoft Dynamics to Integrate with Microsoft Dynamics NAV preferred
- Fluent in English, Dutch, French
