Job Description:

We looking for Dynatrace Administrator. We are an independent digital consultancy with big ambitions with offices in United Kingdom, Belgium, and India and we support a range of businesses, from start-ups to enterprises. We supply Business Analysis, Business Intelligence and Project Management to solve organisational problems. We build teams and deliver digital solutions.   • You will be responsible for setting up and managing Dynatrace clusters, following best practices, and be an agile team player to ensure project timelines are being met 
  • Work with architecture, application and development teams to determine strategic directions for the event monitoring and the management platforms 
  • Advocate the APM, event monitoring, management solutions and processes, and seek partnerships with business application teams to solicit buyers through engagement 
  • Create monitoring strategies and implementation plan to then install and configure Dynatrace Managed clusters and create Environments 
  • Setup and upgrade Active Gates, certify the health of the Dynatrace Managed platforms, and update software accordingly with the necessary versions
  • Onboard with critical applications in scope with the help of One Agent, and enable Application monitoring for critical wen and mobile applications
  • Integrate Dynatrace with third-party tools as required, handle escalated issues, and create dashboards, custom views, metrics and alerts in the Dynatrace Dashboard Tool
  • Continuously improve the environment, and provide guided informal recommendations and trainings on the use of the Dynatrace One Agent tool for application performance analysis 
  • Help users develop and enhance monitoring policies for application outcomes   
  • Educate teams on new updates and features 
  • Collaborate with customer and delivery teams to manage customer requirements
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive process increasing efficiency, then communicate and collaborate with other application support teams on technical resources as well as stakeholders regarding status, technical issues and creative solutions
  • Monitor product usage for compliance, build client trust and respect, establish client relationships, etc
  • Participate and engage in war rooms and document best practices and operational procedures

Job Requirements:

  • 6 to 10 years experiences’ in the IT Software industry 
  • 4 to 6 years experiences’ as an Enterprise Monitor and Event Management Administrator in APM Technologies 
  • Expertise on Dynatrace Managed / SaaS solutions, stakeholder engagement on monitoring SLA and KPIs, and other stakeholder management skills
  • Understanding of cloud-based solution and platforms (OpenShift, Azure, GCP), and web technologies (HTML, JS, CSS, CDN, etc). Dynatrace certification is an added advantage
  • Fluency in English, French and Dutch are a bonus
