Job Description:
We’re an independent digital consultancy with big ambitions. With offices in Belgium, India and the UK, we support a wide range of businesses. We build digital teams and deliver digital solutions. We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience and above.
Responsibilities:
- Experience in developing efficient solutions to specific business area problems and operating as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Strong experience in elicitation of business and technical requirements, and managing training and testing sessions with core team members
- Analyse business needs, and identify needs via regular interactions with various business stakeholders
- Excellent Analytical and Project Management skills
- Influence stakeholders to support business projects and key objectives
- Maintain a professional engagement with clients and users
- Coordinate with different departmental teams to produce better business outcomes
- Excellent Risk Management skills
- Expertise in capturing and recording potential risks
Job Summary:
- Min. 10+ years of experience and above
- Working in Agile and Waterfall work methodologies
- Excellent communication in English, with ideally a good understanding of French and/or Dutch
